Greetings in Christ’s Name,

There are yet a few things to note for this week. First of all, give thanks to God, we have heat! A sincere “thank you” to a number of donors whose generosity made this quick turn of events possible. God bless you!

Tonight: Outreach Meeting at 6pm, Council Meeting at 7pm.

Saturday: Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 8am at Queen Street Diner, Church Cleanup at 9am. ALSO, Women’s Advent Brunch at 10am.

Sunday: Third Sunday of Advent, Gaudete (Rejoice!) – and the St. Lucy Pageant. The Sunday is characterized by a lightening of the penitential theme of the season and a heightened awareness of the joy that belongs to the Christian faithful.

 Looking Ahead: Monday:

Zoom in the morning and Adult Catechism in the evening. (10am, 7pm)

Tuesday: Greenfield Reflections Christmas Service at 10am, Greenfield Senior Care Christmas Service at 11:30am.

Wednesday: Usual schedule, but no Vespers as pastor will be serving the Mission in Harrisonburg that day at 6:30pm.

Thursday: CREDO at 7pm , Choir Practice at 7pm/
